REOPENING INFORMATION

We are just as excited as you are to hear that restrictions are beginning to lift! While the trees have been empty, we’ve been busy planning on how to welcome everyone back safely and can tell you that our plan is ready to go! But! We must first follow each State’s requirements so please keep an eye on our website or Facebook page for all updates!

We just want to let you know that we’re being as proactive as possible and have assessed the risk of the virus within each park. We would like to share with you the additional measures we’re taking to best ensure the well-being of all our adventurers when we reopen.

Updated as of 18th February 2021.

  • ALL PARKS – are OPEN and will continue to bring adventure back to you!

*To help control the spread of the virus, spaces are limited so bookings are essential! More information available below.

Before You Book!

If any of your group has recently travelled overseas, been unwell or been in contact with someone with a suspected or known case of COVID-19, we politely ask that they come for a climb at another time! For the safety of our crew and adventurers, we will require anyone we suspect of the above to immediately leave the park.

Online Bookings Recommended

To help control the spread of the virus, we have reduced each session’s capacity so it is important that you book to avoid disappointment. If you choose not to book, unfortunately we we cannot guarantee you a place on the course. And don’t forget! Gift Vouchers are available online and will be instantly emailed to you!

For any kiosk or ticket purchases onsite, cashless payments are the preferred method of payment.

Yanchep National Park: National Park entry fees are payable on arrival and are not included in the Trees Adventure ticket. Due to COVID-19, patronage of the National Park will be closely monitored. Trees Adventure guests must present their confirmation email to the Entry Gate staff as proof of booking.

What to Expect at Checkin

Social Distancing Measures

Being an outdoor activity, it means all our guests can spread out across the park. We will continue with reduced session sizes to give more space and give your group a safer nature experience!

We will be encouraging everyone to remain 1.5m a part where ever we can:

  • You’ll find markers along the ground to guide you where to stand while you’re on the ground.
  • Our crew will still need to make sure your safety equipment is properly fitted at all times and means we may be in close proximity with our climbers. Please know we’ll be keeping our contact to an absolutely minimum and will be frequently sanitising our hands.
  • During your climb, our team will remain on the ground but be monitoring physical distancing.

Hygiene and Cleaning

We regularly clean all our equipment between uses, but we will be doing this more frequently during this time!

  • Helmets are sanitised after each use.
  • Gloves are provided and must be worn by all climbers.
  • Gloves are used once, then washed before its next use. You are welcome to bring your own or purchase a new pair at arrival for $3.
  • We have extra sanitiser stations around the park but please remember to wash your hands with soap for at least 20 seconds, cover your nose and mouth when you sneeze/cough with a tissue or into your upper sleeve/elbow.
